Return & Refund Policy
At Kanaba Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Beauty & Personal Care: Opened or used skincare, makeup, or bath products.
  • Accessories: Earrings and hair accessories.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) or as store credit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
